SALYAN OIL TO SET UP EXPLOITATION
WELL DRILLING

Salyan Oil Limited (SOL) operating company
intends to set up exploration well drilling
under the Kursangi-Garabaghly onshore
field development in April, 2004, SOL told
Trend.
The company plans to start spudding 10 wells on
the contract area in 2004. The implementation
of the plan should not evolve problems and drilling
in all exploitation wells is due to completion
by the end of this year.
At present the company operates
in two exploration wells, while technical
problem were faced in one of them.
Salyan Oil suppuded eight 8 new exploitation
wells in 2003.
