EBRD TO OPEN CREDIT LINE FOR $2M FOR AZERI

The European Bank for Reconstruction
and Development (EBRD) plans to open a credit
line for $2m for the Azerdemiryolbank commercial
bank, Trend reports.
Credit line will open under the EBRD project 'Financing
projects in small and medium-scale entrepreneurship'
with the budget of $20m. Azerdemiryolbank plans
to use funds for financing projects in small and medium
business.
Under the project EBRD has allocated
$10m to the International Bank of Azerbaijan
(IBA), Unibank, Azerdemiryolbank and Bank of
Baku.
